Find me on:

An intermediate extract recipe that I've made a few times and all turned out great!

Type: Extract
Batch Size: 5.50 gal

Ingredients:
6.00 lb Extra Light DME (3.0 SRM)left-hand-milk-stout-clone
1.00 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM)
1.00 lb Munich Malt - 10L (10.0 SRM)
1.00 lb Roasted Barley (300.0 SRM)
0.75 lb Chocolate Malt (350.0 SRM)
0.50 lb Barley, Flaked (1.7 SRM) Grain
0.50 lb Oats, Flaked (1.0 SRM) Grain

Hop Schedule:
1.50 oz Goldings, East Kent [4.00 %] (60 min) Hops 18.7 IBU
1.00 oz Goldings, East Kent [4.00 %] (10 min) Hops 4.5 IBU
17.60 oz Lactose (Boil 15.0 min) Misc

OG: 1.059 SG
FG: 1.014 SG
ABV: 5.8%

This Left Hand Milk Stout Clone is easy enough to brew, but has a fair number of ingredients.  Ideally, this recipe would be better as a partial mash, but you can easily just steep the grains listed below the DME and then brew it as normal for a very successful batch.
